I think that we all would concur that the uncertainty that this situation has evoked is not helping Fancamp's share price, nor is the airing of the company's dirty laundry. And shareholders hoping that a White Knight might swoop in is likely magical thinking . It's too bad that Activist Shareholder's (myself and I suspect most here) only chime in once a major change of direction is already well underway. I think that the TSX-V regulations should mandate at least one director position representing shareholders (assuming that those shareholders hold say a cumulative minumum of 10 to 20% of outstanding shares ). Such a director would likely be more proactive than others who might hold multiple concurrent director positions, and as such are too distracted/ambivalent and thus let the company flounder /derilection of duty.
