as of 7/31/2020

The Company held 1,000,000 common shares of Beauce Gold Fields Inc. at October 31, 2020 (2019 1,000,000) and 1,000,000 share purchase warrants (2019 – 1,384,373).

1,000,000 share purchase warrants are exercisable at $0.15 until December 2, 2020.

I wouldn't imagine that FNC still has those warrants unless they were  extended (FNC would not have exercised them as the SP of BGF was only $0.13 on Dec 2nd, 2020)
