Both halted at the same time....both still halted pending news

Mehra involved with both companies

Mehra also involved with GTT where there is ongoing conflict for control....where one party is not being truthful

Mehra also involved in conflict with Peter....for control

Perhaps a deal with SZM where there are claims of a conflict

Perhaps, whatever the deal, it's under review by regulators at someone's request
