1. Ceo is a bright guy

2. we have a strategic plan. (Something you'll notice I have always expected and wanted)

3. we had a team of competent people look at the myriad of projects to determine which are strategic and which or not. Was that ever even done before now? (Something else I have always expected)

4. Ceo admits that communication to shareholders and market in general was non-existant and will correct that moving forward. (Something everyone has wanted)

5. Ceo smart enough to realize that team needs more  hands to execute.

I think we'll do much better with this team.
