"Great news and uptick with CIA..FNC has much buried treasure. The recent corporate changes haven't done squat for the share price, it's just grabbing the good fairy dust. Long time holder of FNC, exploration adventurer liking the leverages, not liking the new direction, the Sharma factor is not looking good. Spoke to Smith, not a happy camper but still a director. I believe him, he started the company and been through struggles before. He does have shareholders as his first concern. Couldn't talk about anything related to the company board or Sharma CEO. Tone of voice can say a lot though. I hope if he has plans they work in his favour."

Champion is our largest share holder, and we have a number of assets that will benefit them in future expansions. It seems sensible that they are making a play of some kind and wanted somebody other than Peter at the helm, and given Sharma was already connected to CIA he was the choice. I guess it will be no surprise to anyone that Peter is not so happy about it.
