Welcome to the board! Nice to see a fresh face. 

My point of view does tend to be in the minority on this hub. If you go through the posting history you will see quite a few individuals who post regularly on the negative aspects of our management. One individual even went as far as to assign letter grades to human beings who work at the company. Somebody needs to oppose this kind of thing. 

The level of ridiculous negative on this hub makes it difficult to post, but every now and then I’ll weigh in.
