Hi John,

Thank you for this update.

I was looking at Champion's quarterly financial statements the other day and noticed they still hold 20M shares of FNC. Eventually, they will hopefully make a play to take out Fancamp and I would presume in a 'friendly' transaction if Peter is willing to retire and wants to leave a positive legacy for the company he was at the helm for 20+ years. Time is ticking...(and CIA shares are slowly bleeding). Remember we had 10M + before they went public. He's almost halfway through dumping them.
