This is just not even worth defending.   We all know Smith is a lousy CEO.      He is content to remain a junior company when he had assets to take us to the next level to grow.  

People are not investing in Fancamp of this board - please give me a break.  Have you seen Fancamp's website - it's attrocious.   Have you ever seen Peter deliver a presentaiton at PDAC or any other investment summitt or to private investors??   The answer is a resounding no! 

Magpie was supposed to be spun off to shareholders which he did not follow through.  

Two members have recently left the board and we have 4 people on the board with Peter as CEO and Chairman.  HUGE conflict of interest and his actions are not held accountable.  

He botched selling SX shares when they moved up ten fold because he didn't have a trading account.   They actually have in their corporate description that they sell assets for shares of other companies and distrubute these shares to raise money.    He couldn't even do this even though it is their corporate strategy!!!  Bush league.  Shall i go on? 

He has left so much on the table and made poor decisions, such as the recent selling of Champion shares to some Aussie group.   Where was the 2019 work plan from the board and who approved the sale of these shares when Champion was just getting going. 

According to you, Smith is a genius becuase he knew O'Keefe got Bloom late for pennies on the dollar.   Well it was obvious when they were producing they were going to be a cash cow but he still sold them at the bottom as soon as they became available!!?   He doesn't care because he'd rather spend money on grassroot projects which have never materialized.   

Iron ore is hot now - where are the updates on lac lamalee... now would be the time to cash in on that and make a deal.  He's a brutal CEO and he lacks severe ability in strategy.  

And i can back up every argument i make with countless examples.  I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt for a long time and always hoped he would prove me wrong. 

Any by the way, most of here have averaged down.  This stock did touch 2-3 cents at one point under his great leadership. 

So you're either family or paid by Peter given your lack of history which is depressing that he's wasting money for this service.
