“...there is a great opportunity to create a synergy between other companies in the area.”
I believe there is significant work ongoing in the background that we are not aware of.
Peter Smith and Enrico Di Cesare are tightly connected. Mr. Smith was a director with ARGEX while Enrico Di Cesare was COO/Vice President. They seem to still be working closely. Their press releases frequently share similar themes and topics. We also know that as of Sept 13th 2018 NSGI Inc. and Fancamp Exploration are in business together. This supports the Baie-Commeau Partnership which wasn’t released publicly until December 3rd 2018.
The close proximity of our Magpie deposit to the proposed Baie-Commeau processing plant is likely no coincidence. Our resources are near a roadway, and materials could easily be trucked from Magpie to Baie Commeau for processing at low cost using shared infrastructure and technologies. This makes it a no brainer for Fancamp to participate in the Baie Commeau Minerals Partnership. It should be the most efficient way of getting our deposit out of the ground and in to hands of end users. Contributing 20 million to building a steel mill that will eventually benefit us versus building a complex on our own at 800 million sounds like a genius move to me. This is also another example of Mr. Smith getting a lot of value for pennies on the dollar. Fancamp is richer for it, and ultimately so are our shares.
At Magpie we have over 900 million tonnes of ore valued at close to 20 billion dollars. If you follow the news you can see we are working in a way that leads to us getting our value out of the ground.
