Dug this up from September of 2013
"Fancamp will transfer its 100% interest in the Project in consideration for the issuance by Gimus of 43,000,000 common shares to Fancamp at a deemed price of $0.10 per share and the grant of a royalty corresponding to 1.5% of the net sales price of minerals extracted from the Project."
That's a $4.3 million plus valuation for that property....however, iron ore price at the time was about $130...today for the same 62% grade, it's about $85
Still...additional money was spent moving the project forward...and it's worth something.
Champion at the time had right of first refusal, which they gave up as part of the deal. Maybe Champion, with plans to double production, may be interested again.
