Yes, excellent find Tony! I would agree that the road should be under $1million,  as another company I am invested in (ATAC Resources) plans to build a 65km all-season road to one of their deposits (in the Yukon mind you) for $11million ( that would be $1.1 million for 6.5km)..I would assume (presuming similar topography) that associated  costs in northern  Quebec would not be as high as in the Yukon..chump change to potentially unlock the value of the Magpie deposits having an in situ value of 10s of billions of dollars
