I looked at CIA on the ASX chart, on May 18, 2018 SP $1.375 Aussie $'s by May 28th it was $1.50.From what I recall the CAD was worth a cent or two more. So, looks like Peter missed the boat again on this one. Or as the English say "a real cockup"

Who made off like a bandit? a relative? a friend? or just some lucky person or investment house?

I wonder if IIROC would bother checking into this.
