Your comment "The moment this bod is ousted is getting nearer every day" raises some hope for us who are long on FNC.

What's the scenario - a buyout where they receive their golden parachutes and capitalize on their options? They all retire/step down en masse, which I doubt would happen? They get voted out at the annual meeting in October?

I would prefer they get voted out as it would deny them of their golden parachutes and options.

So, Peter and crew have about 4 months to get the SP up to where they can take advantage of their options.
