Hopefully the management of $FNC team reads CIA's next MDandA (which presumably would be released a few days before the CIA shares become free-trading), prior to deciding how many shares to sell...they should consider having a buyer lined up (perhaps have $CIA buy back a million shares and then cancel them??)

... Betcha Dr. Smith is chomping at the bit so as to fund some of his "Pet Projects"!
