So, what can we do?

The way I see it, if the shareholders were to do some sort of class action against Peter (personally) to try and recoup the $’s lost from not selling SX at or near it’s high SP would take quite some time and $’s for lawyers … look at the ongoing case against Jean Lafleur … 4 years and counting and still no outcome and that’s for something much minor.

If we were to try something like what’s happening over at ZEN, special meeting to try and replace the BOD, looking at several months lag time and we run into another problem of trying to obtain sufficient support, … we would probably need 50%+ of the shares o/s, about 77,000,000+ shares, so where is the support to do this coming from? And if the shareholders succeeded then who do you want out … Peter for sure. Debra? All of them? Keep Faoud since he is tied closely to the Magpie project? Then if the shareholders were able to get to the point where they could be rid of the ones they want to see go … where is the $’s coming from to pay their golden parachutes … sell some CIA?

I’ve been in FNC for quite some time and expected big things when they were discussing Magpie process with the Chinese, way back when. So a couple more months of hanging on to see what precipitates is worth the wait as opposed to the other alternatives.

Fed up but not dead yet.
