Everyone better hope like hell that Champion, or some other company, makes a buyout offer for Fancamp.   That will be a far better outcome than leaving 9M shares in Peter's hands which he will bleed overtime and not return any value for shareholders or an increased shareprice.  He's already talking about selling some when everyone knows Champion is going to perform really well in the next couple of years.  If he keeps sitting and waiting, which he seems really good at, the 10M in value in shares could easily be worth 30M.    He does not have a great track record at being good at making good decisions when it comes to selling securities so i do not trust his judgement or whether he has any overall plan to maximize shareholder value.  A couple of examples:

- not doing a financing when FNC traded over $3.00 around ROF discovery.   Could have raised massive funds for minimal dilution.  Should have been canned for that decision.

- Had an offer to sell 6M Argex shares for 1.10 which he and the board declined.   RGX pretty much tanked and i'm not sure at what price they sold their remaining shares but it was drastically far less

- And we all know about the recent SX example

So, if anyone feels good with Peter having control of 9M CIA shares, i'd love to hear your reasons why.    O'Keefe will easily outsmart Peter in any deal, which Peter always tends to make to preserve power.  Just look at their contracts and how hard they made it for fair offers to be made.

Everyone should write to O'Keefe and ask (no plead!) with him to make us a fair offer.  I would rather get equity in CIA and let them take over the Fancamp operation and bring it to the next level.

Kind regards,

Eudai
