Ontario budget

Only a couple more days before the Ontario budget on Mar. 28th.

Hopefully there is something substantial, ie:roads, shovels in the ground, for the ROF and maybe we could see a little bump in the SP for KWG (FNC still has lots of shares they could dump). FNC still holds 50% of Koper Lake.
