The only other avenue I see is for another company to take a run at them and payout the ridiculous/substanial money they would all receive from their termination/takeover agreement.

Maybe, I am not a lawyer, but there is certainly seems to be a disregard/fiduciary irresponsibility IMO, the way I see it, always grasping at straws and jumping at the next 'happening thing' continuing to line their pockets for the past umpteen years at the shareholder expense.

I have held this stock for a hell of a lot longer than what I wanted to, due to screw ups by management ... remember when they were talking with the Chinese a few years back and showing them how they were doing the benefication process, well that should have been enough to turf these guys, but still they linger on, and the list goes on and on.

Maybe Trump will push the red button and it won't matter anymore.
