If a $3.9 million dollar investment from Government of Canada doesn't spark any buying from the market (shoots,, not even any speculation buying) I highly doubtful any news from hpq ( or any other affiliated co.) will do anything to the stock price. Imo, Smith's reputation has caused great damage to fnc ( as u can see by today selling and current s/p)
