I've been stuck with this position since late 2013 and it seems like the lack of transparency is at it's all time high. At least when lafleur was around we'd get some updates/ news.  But once Smith hook over it's been A complete joke/insult. Very frustrating when we have to wait  for the quarterly md&a to find out what's going with properties ( and most of the time Chapman usually cuts and pasted from the previous quarters md&a)
