At what point does fnc move past waiting for Gov. grant?

How many more months/years are Smith and Co. willing to wait? I think its time to move past the gov. grant and hit up these so called "other interested parties" for some coin towards the demo plant in return for a piece of the Magpie process. We've been waiting long enough. Time to move this project foward in my opinion.
