If KWG is looking at taking out another company ... could it be they take a run at FNC (cheap) to pick up the other 50% and save themselves $'s on NSR and $15m trying to fulfil an additional 20%? Real steal now ... maybe the Chinese will step up, or FN ... they would also get about $14m in stock of CIA,HPQ,RGX a couple others as well as a boat load of other good prop's. or am I just out in left field?
