So does this mean Fouad was provided with 350k shares at an option price of 20 cents on Feb 3rd 2017?

More likely, it means that someone on Fouad's end does not know how to fill out forms correctly.

Looking at SEDI shows everytime his options expire, the count goes up rather than down.
