Assets / Outstanding Shares (less liabilities) = NAV

$13,074,877.42 / 151,801,000 = $0.086

I am not going to bother factoring in the liabilities. Just assuming there is something else of value in FNC other than the shares it holds to outweight the liabilities... or maybe I am just too lazy.

8.5 cents is pretty nice to see. I expect the market is anticipating a pull back in CIA at some point - this ride has been too good. There will be a lag in FNC as a result and the lag will remain until CIA stabilises.
