Bold is carried through the exploration stage for a 20% interest in KWG's interest in respect of chromite.

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This does NOT make any sense at all.Why paying Bold instead of Fancamp as before.

Unless KWG lost the JV on Sep30/2016 thereby Bold has until the end of March,2017

to satisfy JV agreement by spendind remainder of aggegate amount and now KWG is

getting back in. Confusing at best.
