"The Koper Lake Project anniversary dates requiring optional work commitments in the amount of $1,822,899 were extended by an additional year allowing KWG to complete its initial option by September 30, 2016; should KWG fail to complete this earn in by that date Bold will have until March 31, 2017 to complete that work or lose the option. On September 21, 2016 KWG advised that it had made the $1,822,899 expenditures required for it to meet the option commitment necessary to earn up to a 50% working interest in Fancamp’s Koper Lake property. As yet Bold and Fancamp have not completed a review of the expenditure summaries (see 11. Subsequent event)."
