FANCAMP EXPLORATION LTD.: SHARES FOR DEBT TRANSACTION

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. has settled a total of $144,619.64 in debt owed to certain insiders of the company by the issuance of a total of 2,892,393 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per common share.

The common shares issued under the shares for debt transaction are subject to a four-month hold period expiring on Oct. 8, 2016.
