From page 9 of f/s;

"During the quarter, the Company disposed of 750,000 common shares for total proceeds of $122,250.As at January31, 2016, the Company holds 10,268,333 common shares. The quoted market price ofthe shares of Champion was $0.18 as at January 31, 2016 (2015 -$0.13)."
