I wouldn't be surprised if they make another statement of a vague comittment of funds to the ROF. They can always purport that Ontario has yet to provide them with a plan detailed enough to justify the line item {once that happens things can move forward..yada yada ( but a reasonable position to take from the Fed's perspective) }, and that likely largely hinges on the outcome of the East-West corridor study. So in my mind 50:50 as to whether there is anything ROF-related with any substance ...not holding my breath...
