I am also looking for some REAL NEWS, DIRECTION and INSIGHT with actual timelines, like I and probably many others had/have to do in our jobs. Income is based on performance and merit. In my opinion you, Peter, should be working for free until you can prove yoursellf to be competent and capable of putting FNC on the map and getting the sp up.

Time for the Management and BOD to prove their worth/keep.

I hope they can get their act together, but from what I see it is just 'gimme my pay cheque, I'll take care of it ... eventually ... when I'm ready to retire and give up the reins'
