Possibly true but I'll wait and see what happens in the Fed. budget.

Been in this for a number of years what's another few months in the realm of time.

Two adages come to mind - paraphrasing "good things come to those that wait" and

"to do do the same things and expect different results is craziness"

I'm in both categories right now, waiting and going crazy.
