I remember reading somwherethat FNC gave up it's 1st right of refusal to CIA on LIR, unfortunately I can't seem to find it now.

The LIR property is in close proximity to CIA'S.

Something to think about. What if FNC and CIA worked out a deal for CIA to return some of FNC'S shares (10m?) to obtain a major position in LIR and then buyout the rest of LIR for peanuts to beef up their already substanntial holdings.

Seems to be the way O'Keeffe works.

Regarding the ROF property (BOL & KWG) FNC still has a good ownership percentage, if the FN want a piece of the action maybe they would like 10% for a few mil?

Just some thoughts but it would make sense IMHO
