My guess is maybe some investor(s) got tired of waiting and decided to put this together in order to get the rof story out to the masses and put pressure on the gov? Regardless, this doc looks really well done and I hope something comes of it.

As for magpie being equivalent to rof, it would appear the magpie deposit has the same issue with its leaders lack of motivation as does the rof ( although you can't blame Frank and Al,,it's the lib gov that's the issue with rof)
