What could Magpie process license agreement(s) be worth?

Seeing that the market gives a value of pretty much zero for all of hte properties FNC holds, I was wondering if anyone here could take a stab at what the Magpie process could be worth should Pangang (or any other company for that matter) woud sign a deal? (I'm not smart enough to figure this out)
