I don't think so, they stated in their news release that they have $15m of the $25m already taken care of whichO'Keefe was picking about 1/2 and and unknown was picking up the rest. They could get away with that but need $'s to keep the mine in stasis and have $'s to pay other liabilities.

From my earlier post I had mentioned that it might have been (I have no certainty) some more Sheridan shares and if that is the case there would only be about 3m to 3.5m shares to go.

IMO I think that there is going to be a lot of consolidation between companies (more to come) to enhance their holdings and hopefully their SP.

Man, I wish I had some cash!
