It's good news that they got the OK to take over the Cliff's operations for pennies on the dollar and their financing that they are looking for ($25m) is greater than they need. Already $15m committed, if I read the release correctly, only a little over $10m to complete the purchase and assume some liabilities, with approval from the authorities.

I also find it interesting that CIA also bought the first right of refusal from FNC for LIR, do they have etheir eyes on picking this up cheap as well? Hey FNC could use the money and still retain the NSR, or does CIA have a bigger plan in mind?

The Quebec government is definitely more resource friendly than what I am seeing in Ontario and maybe Wynne & Gravelle can learn something from them.

This was some of the news that I was hoping for ... and I thirst for more positive news affecting the outcome of FNC.
