As far as Sheridan ... who knows ... are they trying to dissolve their position before the end of Dec. so everything falls in the 2015 tax year since the original holder passed away in Jan 2015. Would make easier for filing. I hope they get a buyer soon for the balance of their shares and then maybe, just maybe we can be on our way.

But who I am to speak ... I am not a lawyer or an accountant or a combination of both ... I am just a retiree on the street trying to make a few bucks the hard way.

I think I'll complete applications to McDonald's and Tim Horton's, it might be easier to make a buck.
