Message: Robidoux results? How long can a company hold onto results?

I am assuming that the company has the results of the bulk tonnage campaign reported in May 2015. Can a company withhold information from its shareholders for an unlimited amount of time? Are they obligated to report results within a specific timeframe once they receive results from Lab?
