Note: the 3.78% is the percentage of the value of The Magpie mines as a perecentage of its (Marquest) total fund NAV. I do not know whether this represents 100% of the value of the Magpie Mines which currently does not belong to Fancamp (i.e. the 3.7%). If Marquest does in fact hold 100% of the 3.7% not held by Fancamp then I think this would extrapolate the NAV of the Magpie Mines to ~$7.4 million (based on the ~$339,000 NAV assigned by Marquest)
