Thanks for your post Teleprobe. Everyone investing in these small caps knows or should ought to know that Management is absolutely criticial. They can make or break a company. You can not ignore Peter and his influence on your investment no matter how great the potential might be. I have witnessed this over the past 8 years. I observed that even when markets were good, the company was always undervalued and traded well below the assets/securities it held. And more troubling was how slow he moved to make deals and advance projects; he would rather ride the coat tails of other companies.

I also know that Peter is very disliked in some circles on Bay Street and he personally told me there are some who would love to see the demise of this company and for him to get the boot. That does not bode well for my confidence in him making great relations and bringing on new investors! He should be stepping aside for the sake of the company in my view. And what's up with the legal issue going on? I presume that is regarding Jean Lafleurs previous dismisal who Peter brought on. How much is that going to cost us?

Thanks for indulging my rant, as some of you know i am good for these every now and then! I hope to be proved wrong about Peter, but it's so obvious to me he's not CEO material.
