10 days left for Magpie deal ; Where is kwg news regarding BH?

Oct. 15 is when the deal with Sheridan group is finalized and the 10 million shares become free trade ( and fnc gets 96.7% of Magpie). Maybe news issued after Oct 15th?

Also, kwg hasn't issued a NR regarding their option on BH. They're 6 days late. Although I"m sure we all know what the outcome of that option will be; Another extension granted by Smith and BOD.
