Message: Please Sir, Could I Have Some More.....

Yes, I am in another one of those sending a letter moods:

Dr. P. H. Smith,

Thank you very much for responding to my letter, although you seem to be avoiding the more direct approach to addressing my questions. Your latest news report is very encouraging, but personally I think your shareholders would like to know more about our friends from China (Pangang), and the extent of their association with Fancamp. So far you have just been giving us tidbits of information about our business relationship with them, without elaborating to any degree about when our future paths will stop crossing and finally come together; binding agreements. If I may be so bold as to suggest that you share some of the dialogue that has transpired between Fancamp and Pangang, something that indicates their willingness to move to the next stage of the game by investing in Fancamp (> 10%), along with establishing the necessary contracts to assure themselves of continued Canadian supplies of Titanium, Iron Ore..... exclusively by Fancamp.

If Pangang is seriously interested in our resource potential at Magpie, and or our proprietary process for their slag then the common sense approach to this is a binding business agreement along with Pangang's investment in a share of Fancamp, plus or minus boardroom involvement; to expand the Magpie project. That is unless you have someone else in mind with seriously deep pockets to make this mine a reality, or a fund company willing to throw several hundred million Fancamp's way; which I seriously doubt is the case.

Respectfully,
