page 9 of the 43-101 (figure 4-2) gives the Magpie coordinates as 64:00 West and 51:30 N.

If one then clicks on the link "Stratégie de construction et échéancier [pdf]" one can see that

this is just north of the Green stretch of the Romaine 4 (Eastern Sector) and is due for construction commencing this fall and to be completed by September 2016.
