I don't really expect that the SP of FNC will drop on this announcement at all since the market was already attributing absolutely zero value to our ROF KWG/Bold option ( given the extensive negative media coverage of the ROF over the last 6+ months purporting a complete lack of progress with no expected actual chromite mining for another 5 to 10 years). Even if the 35 million shares forthcoming expire worthlesss at some point in the future, the property will still revert back to us should KWG/Bold not meet the other option requirements.
