I guess he thinks fnc doesn't need kwg cash when he has 3.9 Million shares of rgx at 50+ cents.

It is quit obvious why fnc,after being around for 25 years, sits at 4 cents ( and may be heading lower on monday). Imo the worst run company I have ever invested in.
