Who own's the proprietary hydrometallurgical technology? Does Fancamp own the rights to this or does Dr. Fouad Kamaleddine? If it's Dr. Fouad (oh no, not another Dr.) then who is to say that Fancamp gets any of the $$$ if Pangang buys/wants the technology? The only thing Fancamp own's is 46% of the deposit and, according to the NR, Pangang is more interested in the technology then the deposit. So the way I see it Smith was Fouad's wing man in China... just along for the ride.
