Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
Kerry are you serious "" I don't think Peter is not doing enough or competent."? You are content with his work for the company and performance?? Those are pretty low standards you have.
They point to their model as evidence of success and they sit less than at a 7M market cap built over the last 26 years. I would emphatically support Tony T's claim by just looking at the opportunities that were squandered. I've been here around 8 years now and anyone who thinks Peter is a competent CEO really is out to lunch!
This company is only on the map becuase of Noront. Peter was so caught off guard he didn't even have a website! And the one now is pretty shite compared to modest comparisons. He didn't do a single financing at 2$/3$ + when he could have - didn't sell Argex at north of a dollar - would have been nice to have 9M in the bank. There are countless examples of the mismanagment of assets and opportunities. He is not even close to being a competent business leader.
no one has pointed out that the presentation doesn't even contain any reference to Uragold - what a joke. Has he not looked at it? (I know Mike created it but still)
He has made a great living at the expense of shareholdersI'm fed up once again, because now there just going to burn through more Argex shares to fund there 'business delegation' to China... for what?? How much did that trip cost? Did they fly first class on our dime?
He needs to go asap! He doesn't even want to discuss sucession planning - that's how much of a control freak he is - he puts himself way ahead of the company and his cronies who are all profiting nicely.
So Kerry, you ask a question like that and i can tell you that i have merely just scratched the surface. In fact, anyone who defends Peter's compentency really is responsible for Fancamp's abysmal performance and allowing him to stay in this position. I have always said that he can be the geo if he likes, but he is not fit for CEO at all and to take Fancamp to the next level. He even told me how many people in Toronto dislike him which makes sense given the lack of support this company has seen. If people believe in Fancamp and our assests and Peter, this would be seen as a golden buying opportunity. It hasn't happened for a very very long time. In fact, our share price has always traded below our asset value even when markets were not an issue.
So you ask if Peter is doing enough? Not even close!!! He needs to go and i've had that view for a long time.
