KWG RESOURCES INC.: SHORT-FORM PROSPECTUS WITHDRAWN

KWG Resources Inc. has withdrawn its amended and restated preliminary short-form prospectus dated Nov. 13, 2014, due to market conditions. KWG will consider other financing alternatives as needed.

Looks like From_sudbury's speculation regarding New Probe would make a lot of sense right now.
