Let's hope so for our sakes; although, the SP has only closed above that for maybe 8 or 9 trading days over the last 20 month period !

I wouldn't mind the options at the 10 cent level if they expired within 12 to 18 months .

I am assuming though that FNC is paying it's directors very little if anything in cash ?
