What would be really interesting to know is the following; if the company isn't willing to spend any of the 700k it allocated for their buy back program (you know, to support the price) then why do they think the market will? Does P.S and company feel the company is only worth $0.04 a share? I cannot understand for the life of me what anyone in the BOD are thinking... so frustrating...
